environmental management for construction
We provide full environmental services for property developers and contractors. This includes environmental site assessments, site testing, identifying hazardous waste liability exposure, and obtaining proper environmental permits. We also conduct pre-demolition walk-throughs and manage waste disposal while controlling for pollutants during development.
waste management
Clean Properties has many years of experience managing contaminated soil disposal, onsite soil treatment, and dewatering with groundwater treatment. As an example, for eight years, we managed contaminated soil encountered during Boston’s Central Artery/ Third Harbor Tunnel construction.
environmental permitting
Clean Properties handles environmental permitting for all different types of construction sites. We have supported numerous projects for pipeline installations, public construction sites and private properties. As an example we oversaw all the environmental permitting for the construction of MWRA’s own headquarters.
stormwater management
We write and implement stormwater plans; in addition we conduct periodic inspections of stormwater facilities and maintain them as needed.
