Clean Properties has performed many jobs in support of highways, water and wastewater conveyance lines, electrical substations, natural gas facilities, water and wastewater pumping facilities and treatment plants.

We are experienced in designing and building wastewater treatment systems for many applications. Examples include groundwater, hazardous waste, construction dewatering systems, geothermal waste, and components of municipal treatment systems. We have developed a patented treatment process for efficiently removing toxic organic compounds from water. We are experienced working with pressurized water supply lines. In highway work we effectively address traffic management planning, and safe roadway restoration. We meet electric and gas industry safety requirements such as having FR-rated protective equipment.

Client examples include: Mass Water Resources Authority, Providence Water Board, NStar, Eversource, National Grid, Kinder Morgan, Verizon, Cities of Lowell, Lawrence, Malden, Gloucester, Taunton, Boston, New Bedford, Woburn, Haverhill and many others. A few larger projects were: ten years of soil management and utility documentation work on the Central Artery/Third Harbor Tunnel construction in Boston, MA; four years of resident engineering for the rebuilding of water supply infrastructure in the cities of Lawrence and Lowell, MA and City-wide inspection and documentation of the drainage-outfalls system for Woburn, MA. We prepared the as-built record drawings for the Upper Blackstone Wastewater Treatment Facility serving the Worcester area and many other projects.
