Clean Properties has worked on many construction-phase water and wastewater projects in Massachusetts. 

Resident Engineer examples: for both Lowell and Lawrence, MA, provided resident engineering and inspection of city-wide major upgrades to their entire systems ranging from raw and distribution lines, pump station, treatment facilities, and storage tank.  Also performed resident engineering for sewer lines and pump station installations variously in New Bedford, Dracut, Lincoln and other communities.  Assisted inspection of water mains by exposing pipes for MWRA in Medford, Waltham, Weston and other locations.

Clean Properties has variously designed, built and operated many individualized treatment systems, for both industrial and domestic wastewater. We also have also developed our own patented wastewater treatment process.

Clean Properties works with Massachusetts communities interested in expanding their existing wastewater collection and treatment systems.  We have performed feasibility and affordability studies, conducted surface water quality surveys,  performed inspections of potential facility sites and pipeline routes,  analyzed system needs, created models for preliminary design and sizing and gathered integrated water protection and geological information in order to develop approaches that are both affordable and sustainable.
