environmental site assessments

Clean Properties has conducted thousands of environmental site assessments on virtually all types of properties with a focus on Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We have in depth knowledge and experience with client needs leading our decision-making process.

Even if environmental problems are found, we have the capability to solve many of them. By applying our regulatory insights and human risk assessment capability we can compare concentrations with actual risk instead of the established standards, and have years of pioneering experience with bioremediation and other lower cost cleanup technologies should cleanup be necessary.  In addition we have the working knowledge of  various cost recovery approaches that can be applied to finance your cleanup.  Our site assessments provide our customers with a means to move forward with their business plans.

Indoor air testing, our most recently added capability, provides real time data on specific air toxins at low concentrations even down to parts per billion!  This testing provides you with a good idea of what your cleanup requirements may be without having to commit to obtaining knowledge that would have to be reported to a state agency.  This can also help you determine on the spot where the contaminants may be coming from.  Perhaps it is from products you are storing as opposed to being an environmental issue.

Clean Properties has conducted hundreds of site assessments on the behalf of banks, industries, and buyers relative to properties all around Massachusetts and New England, assembling comprehensive reports on property history and chemical use to provide protection for potential buyers.
