Clean Properties Engineering has performed thousands of environmental site assessments throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states. Projects include all types of industrial, commercial, public, and residential properties. We are pre-approved at numerous Massachusetts banks.

Clean Properties Engineering has decades of experience with environmental site investigations throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states. We are a leader in developing and implementing cutting edge technologies to better understand and solve environmental challenges. Projects encompass all types of investigation such as subsurface drilling, indoor air testing, remedial feasibility studies, human health risk assessments, water elevation surveys, portable gas chromatograph testing, and evaluating & troubleshooting environmental remediation systems.
Water & Wastewater Engineering
Clean Properties Engineering has done work with many water and wastewater treatment systems and other projects throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states. One of our main fortes is resident engineering for water and wastewater collection and treatment system construction projects. We also perform design-build water and wastewater treatment systems and system modifications. We have also developed a U.S. patented water treatment process.
Septic System Work
Clean Properties Engineering has worked on a variety of septic systems and other projects throughout Massachusetts and surrounding states. Projects include all types of industrial, commercial, public, and residential properties. We are licensed to inspect and design septic systems in Massachusetts.
Hazardous Waste Site Cleanup
Clean Properties Engineering has performed hundreds of site cleanups, mostly in Massachusetts. We have worked at many gasoline stations, dry cleaners, oil leak projects, and industrial facilities. Recent work has included several gas stations and a former junkyard contaminated with PCBs and ash.
